Default Intermittant brakes

When first driving after cold start, brakes go halfway to floor, but get firm on next push on pedal...this re-occurs until vette is fully warmed up,then all is normal....
Plan to install all new brake hoses, bleed good, and go from there...any thoughts on this ?? No leaks or foaming in master cylinder..78 SA..
