What type of plug wire loom to use with Dynomax headers....
I am installing dynomax headers on my 74'. I will be removing all the stock plug shielding and installing new plug wires. I have seen routing of plug wires over the top and under the headers. Which way has been best for you and what type of looms did you use? Do you need to install thermo boot protectors on the plug end of the wires? Pics would be great, I do well with visual stuff...........

I used a set of Taylor High Energy ignition wires made for over the valve covers. Wires were about $25 from Summit. Used some inexpensive Mr. Gasket wire holders that bolt to the valve covers.
This setup has been on the car for about 2 1/2 years without any problems. Taylor says the wires will withstand up to 500 degrees. The boots clear the headers with room to spare.
