Default Horn relay location '75

I checked with the search function--checked my chilton and other stuff. Can't find the horn relay. Upper horn works with power directly to it, lower in-op. Steering wheel has good ground. Bypassing horn switch does not solve problem. Wiring diagrams show relay, but its not part of the fuse panel. Appears as though the flasher relay is the only one on the fuse panel. Any help would be great. Even a diagram or photo.

I might be hallucinating, but while looking through the AIM for my '69, seems like the horn relay was inside the console, to the left of the shifter...
There, someone will see this, tell me I'm wrong and you'll REALLY get the right answer!
Good luck!

Default 75 Horn Relay

Hi! Just took a look at my 75 AIM. Page 397 shows horn relay to be in the main wiring harness, just above the fuse box. Went out into the garage and checked and it is there as indicated. Mine is a black , plastic enclosed relay, attached via a locking connector.Have to stick your head under the dash, looking up between clutch and brake pedals towards the fuse box. I actually took a picture, and will try to post as soon as I figure out how.

So far I've got under the dash, in the engine bay near the M/C, and on the forward driver's side inner fender!?!

On a 75 it is directly above the clutch pedal under the dash. When you raise your foot to push in the clutch there is a good chance you brush the horn relay. It is just hanging down, dangling from the wiring harness.
I too have a 75 and changed mine about a month ago.
Look nowhere else but where I just discribed. It is black and seperates from the socket which has 3 heavy wires.

No difference between auto or manual? Mines a slushbox.

Found it afterwork this evening. Has power to it. Good continuity out to the horns. NO ground signal from switch. Column ground is good. Continutiy from relay connector to column(harmonica connector). But not from switch to harmonica connector.

Openned up relay--severly overheated! No good.

Horn contact below emblem broken.

Open somewhere in wiring in column. I'm thinking the spring loaded pin. Need to do further investigation.

Thanks for all the help!
