I'm mighty jealous of that run stand.

Very nice, love the stand too. Don't forget that the rings need to be seated so I would not run a new engine too long after cam break in on the engine stand. It needs to be run with a load on it to seat the rings

Default Thanks for the info motorhead

I'm the engine builder doing scottred80's motor. The shortblock is a lease return motor with 2 races on it. (customer decieded he wanted a long rod motor) so I offered it to scottred80 for a bargain price... I told myself when I was puttin it together that with another set of heads and a good intake if it would be a excellent street motor.... I just fired it up and waitin on scottred80 to get home from work so he can hear it... I think it is gonna be exactly what he wants.. butchford
