Big block?

Will a bare 454 block with casting number 14015445, be a good choice for a BB engine for a corvette?

14015445 454 1978-1987 Two-bolt or four-bolt .

Yes it will bolt in. But you will need pulleys for a Big Block and may need to upgrade your cooling system along with new front coil springs even though some people have still used the stock small block springs.

Thats the same block I'm using, turned out to be a 4 bolt.
