Default I need a new gas tank!

After 39 years mine is starting to leak

I have a Ram Jet 350 fuel injected crate engine in this car and currently use an inline fuel pump. Are there any custom direct fit gas tanks that have an in tank fuel pump? Is there anyone that modifies stock gas tanks for this?

Any suggestions are much appreciated

Don't know of anyone that makes a custom direct fit like you want. But most of the big vendors have new tanks, minus the bladder.

Okay, pardon my ignorance, but what is a bladder? Does the stock tank have one?

Later model C3's had a rubber bladder inside the metal tank. Your '69 does not have this. Quanta makes a direct replacement tank that will drop right in. All the major vendors sell the same tank, so shop by price and you'll be fine.

Rock Valley makes a tank that has an in-tank pump and a top sending unit. It isn't cheap, but I wish I had used 1 on my car. I have the frame pump on my FI conversion. While it works fine, I don't really like the bottom sender. As an alternative, use a 75 style tank (with top sender) and add a pump to it. By the way, you cannot use a 78-82 tank in an early car.
