Body bushings rubber or poly?

Do you want a comfortable quiet ride?
or a stiff non-compliant squeaky and rattly ride?
I'll stick with rubber for any future mount/bush replacements.
poly is excellent for the track, but compromises good streetability.

It depends - do you mind installing rubber mounts and replacing them again in 25 years? Or would you rather install poly mounts and never have to replace them ever again? Poly will ride a lot stiffer, but they will last a hell of a lot longer than the stock rubber ones. This all being said, The rubber mounts that have deteriorated usually come from vettes which have been neglected and left out in the rain and that kind of stuff. Most of us only drive our vettes in relatively good weather, so the rubber mounts won't deteriorate as fast as the daily drivers. Just a thought.

I have poly, used the grease on them and have no squeaks. Car is a lot tighter now. As said earlier, you can do a search, numerous opinions on them going either way.

Same thing here; doing the poly on the suspension where it counts, then rubber for body & engine. Thought here is; stiffer suspension but softer feel in the seat of my pants.
