SBC equipped 'vettes use a standard SBC car oil pan, right?

they are made to allow steering linkage and frame clearance.

Yeah, just make sure you get one with the dipstick bump on the side that matches your block, I forget which year they swapped sides.

Several diffrent pans will work. A buddy of mine put a crate motor in his power steering car with no issues. That isn’t to say that some wont fit but there a bunch that will.

Not sure what year your dealing with, but I have early 'vette SB pans that have real long sumps with baffles in them, so a standard pan should be no problem.
