Power Steering and Crank Pulley Alignment
I just added corvette power steering conversionn kit along with a dual groove Crankshaft pulley and the power steering pulley does not line up and looks to be out by 1/2 groove or so from the outside crank pulley.
Is anybody familiar with this problem and have any ideas on how I can resolve the issue. Not sure if there are different crank pulleys on a corvette than std. 350 SBC.

The sbc in my '69 with power steering had an extra pulley bolted on the crankshaft pulley to make it a 3 groove pulley.
The extra pulley was for the power steering pump.

Pulleys for a C3 are specific for C3's, generic 350ci pulleys will not line up, and yes you need the 3 groove pulley for the ps

3 groove pulley
Not true the 3rd groove (Most Foward groove)
is for the AC.
1st groove closet to the block is for crank to wp only.
second Groove is for the crank to wp to Power steering pulley.
Alternator runs off the second groove of the ps, pump.
atleast for the BB Corvettes. 69 VETT
