Default Brakes locking all four wheels

I have recently acquired a 76 stingray that has been sitting a while. I have replaced all the calipers, pads, flex lines and master cylinder. After about a half a mile and a couple of stops the brakes start locking up on all four wheels. what would cause this?

If I had to guess I would say you may have a mismatch between the master and the booster, where the master is getting constant pressure from the booster because that pin is too tight in there.

Separate the master from the booster and see if you can feel that pin pushing out against the master.

If you, you may need to shorten that pin just a little bit.

I sometimes get the same brake drag on my car. I put a 1/16" thick washer between the booster and master and this solved the problem. Is this safe?
