Default What is stock flywheel thickness

Hello gents,i have a question about flywheel thickness.I was putting on my new centerforce clutch and noticed in the instructions that stock flywheel thickness is .960 and my new aluminum flywheel is .960,BUT my old original metal flywheel is around 1.200 ,is this flywheel original? its alot thicker then what centerforce says a stock flywheel would be.My car has a 350, 350 hp,with a manual trans.I have put a new clutch in the car in the past and never thought about measureing the flywheel because i just thought it was original.

Is your flywheel metal or aluminum?
