The IAC's do not appear to be moving. Is there a fuse?

IACS are directly connected to your ECM I believe.

Check this for CFI assistance:

Also get the red covered GM Helms Shop Manual for 1982 Corvette. available on Ebay or many catalog houses like Mid America. Its priceless for 82 troubleshooting, far superior to any Chiltons type manuals.

you can check the fuses.
or. If you have disconected them, then you will need to drive the car to 35mph to reset them.

They should move after that

Thanks for the info.

They are connected direct to the ECM. I removed the left side one and cleaned, not that dirty. It did help some. I will try the right side now, a little more effort due to removal of the fuel line.
