So here's the deal...I cant get the fan off ... well i have looked at it and just havent tried too very much b/c I am just not sure about it's removal. Simple straight forward LSX water pump with the plastic mechanical fan. Do i remove the four bolts from behind the fan? or must I block off the pulley and the just start prying on the large bolt in between the pulley and the fan??? thanks for all the help guys...

Remove the belt
You'll need to hold the water pump pulley with a strap wrench or a spanner in the holes on the pulleys front.
Ues a big wrench to remove the nut connected to the threaded snout of the water pump.
