Default What heads/cams would work good with Edelbrock TM-1 Intake?

I have a 68 Custom Corvette 4-spd (M-21) with a 62? Corvette 327 engine. I don't know too much about what's in the engine. The cam sounds like approx. 260 - 270 degree advertised duration. The heads have 76 cc combustion chambers. The compression ratio is approx. 9 : 1. (my mechanic measured the pressure and told me that the compression is approx. 9 : 1). I have a high performance intake (Edelbrock TM-1) on the engine. The RPM-Range of the intake is approx. 3500 - 8000 RPM. The rest of the engine probably performs best between idle and 5000 RPM. I am planning to change the heads to heads with smaller combustion chambers and large intake runners. I also would like to put a more radical cam into the engine.
I am wondering what heads/cam would work best with the Edelbrock TM-1 Intake. With heads with 64cc combustion chambers should increase my compression ratio to approx. 10 : 1.
I was thinking in putting Dart Pro heads with 64cc chambers and 220 cc intake runners on the engine and using a cam with approx. 248 degree @ .050.
My goal is to get to approx. 400+ HP

Any suggestions / recommendations?

Olivier
