Default Change oil after intake manifold gasket change?

The front manifold seal was leaking on my RPM air gap manifold so I went ahead and pulled it while the carn was already off. Does enough water go into the engine to warrant an oil change? I just changed the oil so before I assume I need to I wanted to ask. There was no standing water in the valley so it did not look like much got in there.

Thoughts?

IMO, you can't be too careful, that antifreeze is hard on bearings.

I just had to reseal my intake this past weekend. I pulled the heater hose off the water pump and drained the water. Being lower than the intake, there was nothng to run to the pan when I pulled the manifold. Crack the radiator cap to break the vacuum to speed up the draining.
To be sure and it was time, I changed the oil and filter.

FYI, Advsnce has 5 quarts of Vavoline and a Fram filter on sale this month for $14.99, cheap insurance

Sound advice. I would change my oil; it's cheap insurance.

Replaced the manifold gasket last night and drained the oil. I will finish the rest after work. Thanks guys. It was probably a dumb question in the first place.

You needed to change it if you had antifreeze in the system. If you were running just water, any water in the oil would get boiled off pretty quickly.

No anti freeze just water. Did not see any in the oil and drained in a clean container. No junk in it either.
