Default Replacing Convertible Top Frame Rivets Question

I'm rebuilding my convertible top from my 69. Besides all the rust issues which I have pretty well under control now, it seems most of the rivets on the drivers side holding the frame together are very loose and inhibits the frame from smooth operation.

So I need to put in new rivets and bushings. I see on Paragons website they sell a tool to go in an air hammer to set the rivets. Does anyone have experience doing this repair and have any tips? Any special way to hold the back side of the rivets other than using a BFH.

I used my air gun with a tip ground to fit the rivets correctly. Used a piece of 1" solid stock as a bucking bar. Turned out fine.
