Default 502 head bolts

I only have a Mk IV manual and it says use sealant on the head bolts to stop coolant coming up head bolt threads. As far as I can see on my 502 block none of the head bolts enter the coolant. What should I put on the threads, anti-seize, oil or a moly lube?

no lube or grease of any kind as it could break out the block..(hydraulic)....no kiddin".....just wipe off with a thin coat of oil on the threads and wipe off very well, cleanliness is key here with "blind " holes......
