Default FAST EZ EFI...Single or Dual Plane Intake?

Will a single plane or a dual plane intake work better with this system? The motor is about 480hp, 234/246@.050 HR cam, 110LS, 383 cubes.

He'll probably chime in when he sees the thread, but for the best info on everything about it you should get in touch with bluzman2004 here on CF. Afterall, FAST EZ EFI was his baby.

I think I read somewhere that it slightly better to use a single plane for the throttle body injection system, not really sure though.

I remember reading the same thing, but don't remember where!

Off to the hunt...

We ran it on both and it worked equally well. It performed just like a carb would as for as better torque and a little less top end on a dual plane and better top end with a single plane. Fuel distribution wise, it didn't have any issues with either. I would treat it just like a carb and get the manifold that fits your combo as far as RPM band you want to run.
My recommendations would be a dual plane for a more street than strip car. I'm partial to tunnel rams myself, but they aren't for the faint of heart!

Thanks for the replies. I have a Motown SP and an RPM Air Gap DP. I guess I'll start with the DP and see how it goes.
