Default Rochester quadrajet or Holley for an L36?

Anyone out there know the real answer to this? Have been looking at '69 427/390 to buy and all the info I get on the web is contradictory. Some say this engine came stock with a Holley and others say it came with a Rochester quadrajet. Anyone REALLY know? Maybe both? Thx

It came w/ the Q-jet. A lot of folks like me have swapped to a Holley carb but that's not what the factory put on. Good luck in finding the one you want.

It came with a Q-Jet. I changed mine for a Holley spreadbore and the car feels like I bolted on 100 horsepower.
