I'm interested in side exhaust headers / side pipes. I'm hearing alot of bad things about the Hookers. I used Stahl headers from my Sprint Car days and I was wondering has anyone used their Corvette side exhaust headers on a C3. If so, any opinions?

You can also get a hold of Stan "Road-Race Vette". I believe he used them on his red and white #1 road racer.

My '69 has Stahl Headers, they were on it when I bought it. Haven't had any issues.

Hedman sells side exit headers for Corvettes. If I remember correctly, way less $$$ than Hooker or Stahl.
