Hi guys. Just wanted to let you know that I found some good vendors who can laser cut the material and CNC bend the brackets for me (turned out to be only a few blocks from my shop !) and am having them done. The Lexan covers are a little harder but think that I have found the solution. I should be shipping new sets in January. Interested parties please email me at jim@vintageexotics.com. Thanks and I appreicate all of your interest. Its good to keep these things going !

Yeah don't let these things die. Here is my project car. Car was formerly a Eckler widebody.

Now I'm making it more of my taste...

Funny but something else that has come along is that I have the molds for the Greenwood panels, the L88 flares and a lot of Corvette bodies. I am still trying to figure out if there is a good reason to reproduce these parts - there seems to be a good supply out there. I do plan on keeping the molds and perhaps will experiment with carbon fiber parts. I do that for my Shelby CanAm and what a difference in weight it makes !

Greenwood huh? Well my Dad passed earlier this year and left me his 76' Sebring GT that was used by John Greenwood in his magazine article advertising the Sebring package. I have 1012-76. Plaque is still on it.

I don't need anything that exotic. lol
I have the same headlights as SargeZ06. I think some flat covers that fasten properly would work. I have seen them elsewhere, can't remember when?

Nice Greenwood GT. Not sure where these molds originally came from but I ended up with them and they are actually still in pretty good shape. They have a fuller door than the Greenwood GT doors and have a complete door panel replacement. They may have been molded off some race parts. I have not spent enough time researching that stuff yet to get an accurate read on it. I had them sitting out in the back of my shop until last week when I intercepted an attempted theft. I moved them inside ...

No pricing yet but it won't be any more than Frank charged for his from what I am seeing. I am trying to lower the price per unit but will have to get a few more things lined up before I know. I guess that the nice thing is that they won't be made in China ! In any case, I will let you guys know.

Hey Jim,

Are your body molds of the ACI American Racer IV or V?

Looks like this in c/f...

I'd be interested in one "down the road" (still recovering from the big D)

My molds look more like Greenwood molds than these. I am going to have my guys at the shop run some fiberglass into the molds and make a pair for one of my cars. I will post pics of it.

Sorry to hear about the big D - went through that once as well. It gets better. Married a wonderful woman who is as excited about cars as I am. Talk about a lucky guy !

They are a good company and great to deal with but make sure you check the fitment of those because mine wouldn't fit without cutting the hell out of them. So much so a friend and I just built our own. Still got them around here somewhere and yes while the company was polite and set me a dozen pictures of how they installed them on different cars mine still didn't fit, still got the pictures. Just check them
