Default ZZ 502 HR cam

Has anyone used the ZZ 502 factory hyd roller cam in a stock 427 engine, and if so, what did you think about it?

Here is a link that lists specs for the cam:

They're pretty mild sauce in a 502. Depending upon what you're looking for, it would probably make for a decent street cam in a 427.

Be aware this cam has a stepped nose design so you'll have to use the cam retaining plate and timing chain setup for a gen 6 engine. If you order the GM timing set, PN 12371053 from Scoggin-Dickey. It comes with everything you'll need, including the retainer plate for $40. Single roller HD timing set.

Posted the issues you will encounter with the GM lifters in C2. If you planned to use them.
