Default Rear rubber snubber...??

Where can I buy new rubber snubbers(?) that limit the squat on an '81 Corvette? They mount on the frame above the rear trailing arms and keep it from bottoming out. Thanks.

I think you are referring to bump stops. They have them on the front and rear. I believe the rears mount to the frame with two bolts. Any of the large Corvette suppliers will have them, including, I am sure, Forum sponsors.

You can further limit the suspension travel, and save on broken parts if you drag race, if you extend the snubbers.

I actually added 300#/in coil springs to mine (similar to a valve spring) to further limit the travel and sort of serves as "traction bars." You can see one in the upper left hand corner of the picture.

If you are placing an order you may wish to consider a differential snubber as well. My pic shows both the poly and rubber versions.
