I just finished installing a Dewitts rad-Daul Elec fan set up. I filled it but only got approximately 2-1/2 to 3 gallons in it. I realize the block still had some fluid but 2-1/2 to 3 gallons seem a little low. Does anyone know how much it will hold?

I'd say that's right. If you check the manual the system capacity is about 16 quarts (4 gallons) and you had one in the block.
