Default Spark Plugs heat range for 10.5 CR engine.

What do you think the best heat range for a 355 with aluminum heads and 10.5 CR (about 400HP) and MSD HEI distrubutor? , some suggested NGK or Champions part numbers would be great as well

I have a ZZ4 350 with 65cc AFR 195, and a .015 head gasket (probably around 10.2-10.3 CR), MSD HEI and use AC Delco Plugs. Cheap and no problems at all. I also ran the same plug in the AFR 210's I had on before. I gap them at .040

I will start with a Champion RC9YC and see what it will do. Thanks!
