Default Add RH rear mirror

Is this hard to do? any suggestions in order to do the job?

Not hard at all. It comes with a paper template to drill the necessary holes for the threaded inserts. If I were you I would drill a small hole and use stainless screws instead of drilling the larger hole for the rubber inserts that come in the kit since the rubber tends to move around a bit and the mirror wiggles some, nothing major but it's noticeable.

Probably takes a total of 15 minutes to complete the install if that.

no you don't, everything is done outside of the car. The paper template fits the upper part of the door from the fender opening to the window so it's a piece of cake to set it in place with some blue painters tape to hold it then drill. There is a metal plate an inch or so behind the exterior door panel so you don't have to worry about hitting the door glass either when drilling.

Start with a smaller drill size and work your way up to the final drill size. That will minimize risk of paint and/or fiberglass cracking.
