Default New T-top weatherstrip questions

So I searched & nothing came up for what I'm looking for.
1st & foremost, does repacement t-top weatherstrip come in the exact size, or is it a bit 'shrunk' in size & needs to be stretched when installed?

I ask because I went to install my replacements today & it seems kind of small as you see here:

Also, the plastic tips do not align to the trim holes, but if it is stretched, it seems then that the plastic tips will line up with the holes.

I do have the black 3M weatherstrip glue.

I'm <> this close to getting the car out of the body shop & I'll be bummin' if this holds me up!

Please LMK so I know what my next step is!

Thanks!

Just stretch it, and plug em in.

I just replaced mine & found it was easy to align by installing straight section first.

Good Luck
