81 Corvette A/C Diagram
I have bought an 81 Vette and am restoring it. The a/c has been removed and I could use a parts list or picture if anyone can help.

Now you're talkin'. AC was standard equipment beginning with the 80 models. The AIM will show everything you need, how it was installed, and list the original GM part numbers.
FWIW: if you want to consider converting to R134, now would be the time do it it.

I have an all original 81 and can send you photos of any specific items you need. Check my albums for some smog related photos for starters. PM me if you want specific photos.

Thanks. Unfortunately I can't go all original because the engine had already been changed out with a sub standard one so I am taking the entire car down and bead blasting all the metal, putting in a Phoenix Engine (355 hp) and trying to get everything working. I've had good luck so far on most every thing except the a/c but with you guys helping I'm sure this will work out ok.
