Default correct fuel delivery components for 350 HO

Hey Guys,
After my ordeal with the powerjection III, I'm reverting to a carburator setup and I want to get it right the first time.
I have a 350 HO crate engine turn key deluxe 330HP. I gathering all the parts as suggested by GMPP which is a holley 600 cfm 0-80457S but setup by GMPP for this engine. The thing I'm unsure about is the fuel pump, they suggest this GM pump 6415325. The only thing which bothers me a bit are the 1/4"NPT inlet & outlet fitting as the hardline is 3/8".
Do you think it will be a issue running a 3/8 hose from frame to 1/4 at pump and then 1/4 from pump to 3/8 carburator?
Thanks,
Nick

And another question. Could I use a stock AC Delco fuel pump all the vendors sell? I just can't find the gph and outlet thread size. The reason is that these pumps have the return connection, the other one mentioned above doesn't in order to avoid all the hot issues.
Cheers

Mel, I think I don't need a 110 gph pump, it should be overkill for my app. I think I'll try the original pump and hope it works 41240
Does anyone know the correct outlet port thread?

A 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) has a hole diameter pretty close to that of the 3/8" hardline inside diameter. You won't have any problem running fuel from a stock 3/8" OD hardline into a 1/4" NPT fitting in a fuel pump.
