I'm looking to replace an aftermarket air cleaner on my '72's 350 with a stock dual snorkel air filter assembly. I found one listed locally but the seller says it was on his '73. It's a dual snorkel base, filter with lid, and a ring that sits on the base. Will this fit and is it the correct assembly?

It should look like the air cleaner on my 71....minus the decal on the cover. The one you have will probably fit but is not correct for a 72.

Your air cleaner is for a 73 -75, with cowl induction. That is why it has an open area next to the air cleaner to match up with the hood gasket on the cowl induction.
