Default Best product for cleaning/preserving leather seats?

I bought new seats awhile back and I want to maintain them in "new" condition. What's the best product for cleaning & preservation?

This is what I use on the on the Vette and the BMW. Its pretty readily available and works really well, not to mention it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Leatherique. Used by restoration experts on old British cars such as Jags and Rolls. They have a website somewhere. I think they are located in Houston, but they will mail whatever products you desire. I use it on my new leather C3 seats every 6 months.

Anything with lanolyn in it will serve as a preservative. The more lanolyn, the better. To do the job right, though, you should use saddle soap to clean the leather followed by the lanolyn moisturizer. Any of the products will do, although I understand that the Zaino has a magical odor to it that may want you to swill it out of the bottle:) instead of putting it on your seats.

I'll give a vote for Lexol. I've used it for years with good results.

i just bought the Zaino cleaner and conditioner for my CE seats. They looked like crap(dull and dingy). I put this stuff on and it really brought them back. Resored the leather smell too :yesnod:

I used to use a product that worked well called the Tannery, but it's hard to find these days

Armor all is really bad for the leather. It makes the leather dry out really fast, it displaces the natural oils that need to be in there.

Saddle soap is fine for really heavy duty leathers, like saddles. But for things like automotive interiors I have been told its to rough.
