I see you have the same crappy headers from Josh that I have. I cannot install bolt in no. 1 cylinder - period, had to use a stud with a nut. But cannot use a box-end wrench to tighten - have to grind the box end to reach stud nut and still cannot tighten to specs.
My ac bracket will not work either.
Had to grind down and shorten a hex wrench to attemp to tighten no.s 2, 4, 6 and 8 hex bolts. Results = I am in the process of removing the headers and taking them to a reputable muffler/tailpipe shop to ding/crimp header pipes enough to install/sufficiently tighten bolts.
