Default Performer air gap question.

Got the air gap on. I found that my coil will not fit in the OE bracket and clear the hei. I know I could just modify the bracket but I was interested in what others have done to solve the issue.

Default Which coil?

My new MSD Blaster II coil would not fit my old bracket either and i found a new one that did - just barely. But i'm not running an HEI dist. Most after market mfrs sell a bracket for thier coil also and u could shop on the various mfr websites for coil brackets.
Becareful as most coils are oil filled and should be upright to maintain oil level inside when energized.

Good luck,
