I like west systems epoxy. A bit on the expensive side but easy to use and you can use it it for fiberglass work to bonding panels to filler/bodywork. No strong smells along with it too

Check out some of the Fusor products. You can get various curing times so you are not rushed by some of the 5 min. set-up times of the bonding adhesives. Most OEM repairs use this stuff now rather than welding. Nothing worse than having a front clip half-way on when the adhesive sets up.

I've used the Fusor Products to re-attach the firewall and body... Others have had good luck with Marine Tex which is sandable after curing... Fusor 127EZ is certainly not sandable so however it sets up, you are stuck with that look... Still much neater and cleaner than the factory look...
