Default Trailer Arm Leaf Spring Bolt at an Angle

I just installed rebuilt trailer arms and new 7 leaf spring. I noticed that when installing the leaf spring to trailer arm, the bolt it is straight with jack holding up leaf spring. But when complete and the jack is not under the leaf spring the bolt is at an angle. Is this because the car is still on jacks or is something wrong. The old leaf springs was 9 leafs. Please help.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Wait until after you put the car back on the ground.

I just installed a composite spring (along with a lot of other goodies) and had the same scenario until I put the car back on the ground. It all lines up perfectly now.
