Soon... We hit a snag on the C1 video, seems there is a worm gear issue that needs to be addressed in the video. We have both filmed and will do the edit on both at the same time. We got a replacement shaft but they forgot to send us the replacement sector and gasket. Both should be here next week and then we'll re-do most of the C1.

I had a big problem getting quality replacement gears and finally just gave up & put the old gear box back together. The gears are apparently all made "offshore" and the quality is terrible. I would like to know where to get good, American made gears. All the ones I got had big chunks missing out of the teeth.

I was after a brand new complete gear set. The old gears are useable, but since I had it out & apart I decided to just replace the gears to take all chance out of the equation. They do have a little play in them, even when fully adjusted.
Several vendors sell the gear sets but after I had the bad experience I was told by a "rebuilder" that the sets are all made by the same company and they are all of poor quality. The sector shaft I received had a large chunk missing out of a tooth due to poor casting. It was clearly defective... yet they sent it to me.
I had to argue with the vendor to get my money back to add insult to injury. So.... that ship has sailed.
