What really counts is the HP at the rear wheels. The new cars have around 8% to 12% loss in the drive system and our old rotten Vettes have at least 20% loss in the drive system. Rear wheel HP wins races the rest of the stats are worthless

I remember back when I first bought a Mustang (cringe!) I couldn't believe how fast it was with 225 hp. Pretty sure that was the correct number but I'm old lol!

405hp added headers, cam cold air induction, hurst shifter...My car dynoed at 482 hp/462 torque. Any idea what flywheel hp would be? The Vette guys told me 10 to 15% higher.
