Default What is this relay for?

I found this on the inside of the rear compartment that the jack goes in (or would if I had one), can anyone tell me what it operates?

Part of the alarm system.

The AIM shows all the parts.

There should be a flasher switch right next to it, yes? Looks exactly the same as the turn signal flasher. Together, they operate the alarm. The relay stores/sends the signal and the flasher gives the intermittent "beep" to the alarm's audible horn.

Does your alarm work?

I was wondering what the other plug there was for, it does have the dual connection that are angled like a flasher, sadly no the alarm does not work and the "key" switch has some serious bubba work done so I am going to replace that and will have to figure out what else bubba did to the alarm system too.

Thanks for your reply and extra input, every little bit helps
