Default Correct distibutor module grease?

I've got my distributor out. I'm cleaning out the inside of the casting. I removed the module and want to put a fresh coat of grease under it. I've got dielectric grease that I use on the spark plugs and wires. Is this the correct grease to apply to the underside of the module? I seem to remember the grease to use was white. The dielectric grease is clear. Thanks all.

I believe the module dielectric grease is white because it has finely dispersed silica particles in it to help it hold viscosity when hot.

This would work. Most computer supply/repair shops carry it.

Yep, the heat sink compound they use on the processors in computers works like a champ.

If you didnt buy anything from Radio Shack, here is what you need for a bit less that you would probably spend at the shack.

I purchased the silicone based heat sink compound from Radio Shack. Part #276-1372. It costs less than $4.00. Thanks for the quick responses.

Use a lot...cover the bottom completely...also, only use a genuine part from the dealership if you ever have to replace it. I have a MSD distributor and it went out twice on me. Got an original part from the dealership...no problems...that was fun...
