What is the electrical stuff in the storage well behind the passenger seat on my 80.

I know one of them is the "intermittent windshield wiper control assembly" and the other is for the rear window defogger.

I already replaced the flux capacitor with the more modern feedback potentiometer.

Last time I changed my oil I added a bucket of steam and picked 2 tenths in the quarter.
