Many 5-650HP 23deg head small blocks out there on the street and up to 700HP for the strip.

Would it be that hard to start the primary at the flange 1 3/4" and then weld on the 1 7/8" pipes you already have at the correct distance from the flange ? I'd buy a set and you would be the only one making affordable stepped headers
