My question is, Does the coaxial antena wire operate the up and down the the antena or is there a seperate plug in for this . Thanks

If you are asking if the antenna wire is on a separate plug on the antenna then the answer is yes. The coaxial wire does not operate the antenna motor. There are three wires that go to a relay in the storage compartment behind the passenger's seat that supply power and ground to the antenna motor.
