Default Crank Balancer Bolt
I screwed up the balancer bolt in the crank snout. 1973 454. Does anyone know what size bolt and threads are involved, I need to buy a tap ???

IIRC the center bolt should be 1/2-20.
Be careful with a tap, pretty easy to make it worse or break off the tap inside

No problem. I bought the tap, the threads cleaned up nicely. Mostly a lot of dirt came out.
