One Piece Oil Pan Gasket
I replaced my oilpan gasket with a good rubber onepiece. It's blue in color.
Question is, I want to drop the oil pan again, and was wondering if these gaskets can be reused.

If you installed it as recommended by the manufacturer (Fel-Pro), did not put sealant on it, and have not damaged it, you should be able to reuse it. Just handle it carefully and wipe all oil/grease off it with some lacquer thinner or mineral spirits. Before you get ready to install it, do the same with the pan and block surfaces that mate with the gasket.
Hopefully, you still have the little plastic 'hold-up' studs that keep the gasket in place until you've put a few bolts in the oil pan. If not, just install the pan carefully so there is no damage to the gasket.
Good luck.

Not sure I'd want to risk it. Too much work involved to replace it again. I'd install a new one or I'd talk to Fel-Pro tech before reusing.

when i pulled mine a second time, the damn thing had some rubber cracking and falling off it.
i ended up reusing it though. i put down a nice thick glob of permatex, then the gasket, then more permatex. once i had it all bolted back down, i ran a nice smooth line of permatex around the outside of the pan.
if i ever need to get back in there, im sure ill regret doing this. but, for the last 2 or 3 years now, theres hasnt been a single hint of oil. now if i could just get my damn valve covers to stop leaking too...

The blue Fel-Pro 'one piece' pan seal has solid plastic spacers imbedded at each bolt hole location. They are there to limit the amount of "squeeze" (crush) applied to the seal. Installing one correctly would prevent any excessive squeeze applied to the gasket material itself.
For that seal to be damaged, the pan bolts would have to be overtorqued and one (or more) of those plastic inserts smashed.
Again, if the gasket isn't damaged, reuse it.
