Default 69 Camshaft Swap

Guys,
Is it possible to R&R the cam on a 69 427 /390 with the engine still in the car. Looks like the radiator would probably have to come out. Will the timing cover come off without pulling the Pan? I have never tried it on a big block.....
Thanks
Brad

Loosen the radiator support bolts on both sides and remove the front bracket and loosen the lower bolts. Tip the whole radiator and support forward. The cover will come off without completely removing the pan.
