Found some more pics of The Scorpion
Some will hate it and others will appreciate the car for the amount of work that went into it's construction. I've always loved this car ever since I first read about it in 1972 when it won the Riddler Award for (the late) Jerry Pennington of Michigan.
For those who haven't seen or heard of this car, it's based around a 69 Vette which has obviously been heavily modified body wise. The motor too was subject to lots of work, the least of which was it's relocation to the rear as well as the additon of 4 turbo chargers tho I don't think all were fully operational.
If anyone has any other pics or information about this car I'd love to hear from them.

Re: Found some more pics of The Scorpion (Brutus)
Here is a rearshot of the car as it appeared in the 50th Detroit Autorama. Behind it you can see Jerry's other Riddler Award winner called the Devilfish. He is the only person ever to win two awards much less winning them consecutively.

Sorry guys. These pics were originally from the web, but seemed to have lost part of their file name when I transferred them to my C drive. I'll fix it up shortly.

I remember seeing the Devilfish in one of my World of Wheels books when I was younger and always luved the car.
Now the Scorpion, that's a different story, alot of chrome, candies, etc, but the overall appearance just doesn't do a thing for me.

I think the rear spoiler is probably unnecessary. It looks like all of the air flow would be trapped by the front of the car.
