Default help theres a fire

Heading out to an old car guys funeral my 73 coupe burped and started a little engine fire . With lighting speed I ran back up the driveway into the garage got fire extinguisher and put out the flame. luckily only minor damage just a couple choke wires and the oil pressure line. Could have been much worse. Thank you to Lincoln fire and rescue as they came to help . Thank God I didn`t need them, they did help me push the corvette into the driveway. ANYWAY get a fire extinguisher for your car and garage and house. My friend and I did a little CSI and figured out there was a slight gas leak and the back fire started the fire. New fuel line set up and OEM air cleaner on Friday

Your car should not have back fired. Check the timing.
