69 Convertible LSx swap

69 Convertible LSx swap
Hey yall,
taking on a convertible c3 ls swap. first time swapping a ls into a 3rd gen c3 corvette. the car is for a customer of mine.
now im no rookie at ls swaps. got a few done in my day. got to the point where I just make my own accessory drive now
car will have
06 6.0 Lq4(run on 87)
ls2 intake w NW 90mm tb
lvl1 4l60e w 3000 stall
98-02 fbody oil pan (ive collected a few over the years in my swap exp. perfect fit. although a ctsv and c6 pan should work just as well. 0 issues w steering parts because of mounts plates used)
standard/+1/-1 motor mount adapter plates
98-02 fbody long tube headers (yes the 98-02 fbody headers fit w some minimal mods to collectors chop em back some and s turn down. but fit on driver w plenty of clearance around steering box. this may b the result of the mounts im using/use.
will try and pass any info as it becomes available. im kinda learning as I go on this car. will b modding the stock tank for efi. modding the sending unit to use a inline pump. old return top mount barb w become vent and will add new top 3/8npt internal thread bung for return. will use 3/8npt to -6 flare fitting.
will b using c5 fpr/filter for metered fuel supply. anxious to get it running.
the car is in rough shape now. but the owner is commited to restoring.
im in charge of the ls swap and required fabrication.
stand alone harness w tuned pcm.
now for the good stuff.

NemeSS billet fbody offset accessory drive brackets for fbody alt and gm type2 ps pump. w remote resevoir.
98-02 fbody headers

2006 4l80e. ended up using the stock 80e. owner plans on reliability and plans are h/c/i upgrade w a strong dose of spray. no sense in the 60e. 80e ffits just as well.
stock stall. idk if that stock rear end w hold w the upgrades. cross that bridge when we get there.
trying to get car running for the restoration part.
im gonna post pics of the progress.
I modded the stock trans crossmember to mount the 80e. same concept as the stock deal. w the "duck foot" plate on the th350. just points in the other direction.
my only prob is that in the heat of the moment I forget to take pics. but write down all my notes. sometimes I have to "back enginner" something I did if I dont take notes.
