Default courtesy lights

hey guys i have a problem with those lights.. i am able to turn on with the headlight switch but they dont turn on when i open the door. i have used a power probe to the white wire on the delay timer switch and nothing.. its driving me crazy what do i do? or hat did i do wrong

The white wire is the ground side of the circuit that goes to the door switch
