Because you are horney?? sorry, could not resist.....
OK, on the fender well at the horn relay is a hard to spot green? wire on a plug coming into the relay from the bottom, that horn relay is a junction block for the wiring, which is obvious....so to pull down and unplug that wire, it eventually goes to the horn button on the steering column, and if you had that apart, it's easy to get that back wrong, and so ground that wire, and the relay closes and sounds the horn....
PM me if you have problems, as I may not see this thread again....

But I did not do anything with the wiring, so I think that I did not mixed the cables.

its all the components under the horn ring, one of them is grounding out. i am betting you assembled the spring contact mechanism with out a bushing somewhere.
look at Ecklers part number 38135 and 30869

My horn is on when I try to put the stearing wheel and the spring touches the insides of the column. Looks like the spring is doing something wrong

tip 6 will give you the idea, remember the horn activates when a ground path is established so when ever te inner ring touches the lower ring it grounds itself activates the horn relay

The horn relay could be malfunctioning (contacts stuck together, inside) or something in the steering column is causing a ground connection to the horn signal line. (Normally, depressing the horn button will connect a contact that grounds that line.

ok so after reading all the articles, it looks like I am missing the no.1 from this diagram, cold "C" ring retainer. It should align the spring from stearing wheel so it touches only the proper posts, not everything around.
Does any body have any pictures how this part should look like or is it available in any web shop?
